Tuition & Fees Policy
Below are the tuition fees for the 2025-2026 school year:

1. Non-Refundable Waitlist Fee - $25 (charged to join the waitlist both online and in person.)
2. Non-Refundable Registration Fee - $100 (due upon acceptance and collected at the time of enrollment. This fee holds your child's spot for the upcoming class.)
3. Annual Supply Fee - $250 for Infants through Pre-K 4 and $100 for After-School. Includes supplies, technology, and curriculum.
4. Tuition will remain the same for the entire year regardless of your child's birthday.
5. The tuition year runs from August 1st through July 31st.
6. Tuition is due regardless of attendance for the entire year. (Our center is closed the week of July 4th and will not be billed.)
7. Tuition is due by the 15th of each month for monthly tuition schedules and by Wednesday of each week for weekly tuition schedules.
8. For monthly billing accounts, each month containing 5 billing weeks will have an additional week's worth of tuition added to their account.
9. If your account becomes past due by 2 weeks, your child's enrollment will be terminated.
10. There will be a $30 NSF fee on all bounced checks and ACH draft payments.
11. All fees are subject to change.
** The Children's Academy does not offer a vacation week for preschool-aged children. Our center is closed the week of Christmas and your account will not be charged.

• One and Two Year Olds - $75
• Pre-K 3's and 4's - $130
• After-School - $300
